Frequently asked
How do I get access to a batch?
Your tutor adds you to a batch directly, or sends an invite to your email. Sign in with that Google account and you're in — there's no separate registration form.
What's the difference between exams, practice mode, and contests?
Exams are your tutor's scheduled tests — one attempt, timed, results released to everyone at once. Practice Mode is untimed and always available: solve MCQs by topic to earn points whenever you like. Ranked Contests are timed like an exam but scored like a competition, with a live leaderboard and prizes.
How do points and the leaderboard work?
Every practice question you get right on your first attempt earns points based on its difficulty. Ranked contests add bonus points based on where you finish. Both feed into the same global leaderboard, visible to your whole batch.
Are the contest prizes real?
Yes — each ranked contest's prize (cash, a voucher, merchandise, or sometimes none) is set by your tutor and shown on the contest before it starts.
What if I can't make an exam window?
Talk to your tutor beforehand. Once a window closes, it closes for everyone with no exceptions — the same way it would in a real exam hall.
Can I retake a test?
No — each exam or contest is a single attempt, just like the real thing. Practice Mode is the exception: you can revisit any question anytime, but points are only awarded when your first answer is correct.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Everything runs in your browser — no software, no exam-centre visit, no app to download.
When do I see my score?
The moment your tutor's chosen result time arrives — and it appears for your whole batch at the same instant, not staggered person by person.
