How do I get access to a batch?
Your tutor adds you to a batch directly, or sends an invite to your email. Sign in with that Google account and you're in — there's no separate registration form.
What if I can't make an exam window?
Talk to your tutor beforehand. Once a window closes, it closes for everyone with no exceptions — the same way it would in a real exam hall.
Can I retake a test?
No — each exam is a single attempt, just like the real thing. Treat every window as your only shot, and use the time before it opens to prepare.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Everything runs in your browser — no software, no exam-centre visit, no app to download.
When do I see my score?
The moment your tutor's chosen result time arrives — and it appears for your whole batch at the same instant, not staggered person by person.
